This S&W Model 25-5 is one of those “you don’t see these every day” N-frames—used but like new, with that classic blue-steel-and-walnut attitude and the buttery S&W double-action everybody chases. If yours is the shorter “combat” length, it’s the sweet spot: quicker handling than the long target guns, still all the big-bore .45 Colt authority, and way more interesting than yet another modern polymer 9.
